1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bzbuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the user", "the player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the bzbuzz platform available at bzbuzz.app. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bzbuzz, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and all associated promotional or bonus programmes.

By creating a bzbuzz account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If at any point you do not agree with these Terms, or any amendment to them, your only recourse is to cease using the platform and close your account.

bzbuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the contact method held on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or informal summary being provided, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases. All communications between bzbuzz and users are conducted in English.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

2 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the bzbuzz platform, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one bzbuzz account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The minimum information required includes:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• A valid and active email address that you personally own and control
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above
• Your residential address within Bangladesh
• A username of your choice, subject to bzbuzz's content guidelines
• A secure password of at least eight characters

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account. If any of your registered details change — including your contact email, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account promptly via the account settings area or by contacting customer support.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bzbuzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal, before any bonus is credited, or at any point at bzbuzz's discretion. Verification documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card-issuing bank)

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bzbuzz may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. bzbuzz reserves the right to withhold funds pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the bzbuzz Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bzbuzz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bzbuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials have been shared — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bzbuzz customer support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

bzbuzz facilitates real-money gaming using Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as the primary account currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bzbuzz does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

Deposits

All deposits to your bzbuzz account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. bzbuzz reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where a third-party funding source is identified.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bzbuzz account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect due to card-network processing times

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to your bzbuzz account and that is registered in your own name. bzbuzz does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours
• Approved withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few hours of approval
• Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required
• bzbuzz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. bzbuzz does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. If a payment method performs an internal currency conversion, the resulting BDT amount credited or debited is final and bzbuzz accepts no responsibility for exchange rate losses.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

bzbuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New bzbuzz players who create a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the bzbuzz welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to the following general conditions:

• The bonus is available to new registrations only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address
• The qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion-specific terms
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; game contribution rates vary and are listed in the promotion-specific terms
• bzbuzz reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice

Ongoing Promotions

Registered bzbuzz players may receive access to reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Eligibility for ongoing promotions may depend on account verification status, deposit history, and wagering activity. Promotional offers are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

Bonus Abuse

bzbuzz actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of excluded games to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bzbuzz reserves the right to void any bonus balance, void any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the relevant account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of bzbuzz and are final.

5 User Obligations

As a registered bzbuzz user, you accept the following obligations as a condition of using the platform. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the gaming environment, to ensure fair play for all users, and to uphold the legal and regulatory frameworks within which bzbuzz operates.

Truthful Registration

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your continued use of the platform. You must not impersonate any other person, use a false identity, or provide false documentation during identity verification. Any account registered using fraudulent information is subject to immediate closure and all funds held in the account may be forfeited.

Lawful Use

You confirm that your use of the bzbuzz platform is for personal entertainment only and that all funds deposited to your account originate from lawful sources. You must not use the bzbuzz platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the bzbuzz platform is lawful in your location.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bzbuzz account, including all wagers placed, all deposits and withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent via your account. You must not allow any other person to access or use your bzbuzz account. You must ensure that your login credentials are kept secure at all times.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that the outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation, which is not influenced by past results or any action taken by you. You commit to gambling responsibly, within your personal financial means, and to making use of the responsible gaming tools available on the bzbuzz platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming a concern. bzbuzz is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bzbuzz platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way
• Money laundering: Using the bzbuzz platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or sports betting markets
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or miscalculation in the platform software, including incorrectly displayed odds, game glitches, or payment processing errors
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one bzbuzz account, whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a valid bzbuzz transaction
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with games or the platform, other than features explicitly provided by bzbuzz
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the bzbuzz platform infrastructure, servers, databases, or software code
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access for a person known to be under 18

bzbuzz employs a range of technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, all winnings accrued during the relevant period may be voided regardless of whether those winnings relate directly to the prohibited activity.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bzbuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that prohibited conduct has taken place, or that the account poses a risk to the platform or to other users.

Closure by bzbuzz

Grounds for account closure initiated by bzbuzz include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a responsible gaming authority

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, bzbuzz reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account as partial compensation for administrative costs and losses incurred. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the user, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by the User

You may close your bzbuzz account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure, please indicate this clearly so that bzbuzz can apply the appropriate restrictions and refer you to available support resources. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned subject to completion of identity verification and withdrawal processing.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. bzbuzz will attempt to notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity-related charges or account status changes. Any remaining balance in an inactive account is subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee, as detailed in the current fee schedule available from customer support. Inactivity fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bzbuzz excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bzbuzz platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by you
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond bzbuzz's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage
• Loss of data arising from platform use or account closure

bzbuzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform and for taking appropriate precautions to protect your device from security threats.

Where bzbuzz's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bzbuzz account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bzbuzz platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of bzbuzz or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bzbuzz platform content without prior written consent.

Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your bzbuzz account, please contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat on the bzbuzz platform, or by writing to us at support@bzbuzz.app. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may seek independent advice or escalate through any applicable dispute resolution body available in your jurisdiction.
